We cannot be more thrilled to have Jody Vandergriff, WebDAM CEO, speak at the upcoming Women 2.0 city meetup event in San Francisco!
Women 2.0 is a global organization that brings together the next generation of leaders to foster continuous growth in technology businesses. Events are held to connect, inspire and educate future women leaders, founders and investors. The city meetup event is their signature event held monthly in 20 cities around the world. Everyone is welcome to join − both women and men are invited to attend.
Jody Vandergriff, the CEO and Co-Founder of WebDAM, has been invited to speak at the next Women 2.0 event. She built a successful technology company from the ground up and is leading WebDAM through eight years of exponential growth. In addition to building top technology for today’s best enterprise marketing teams, advancing both women and men in technology is one of Jody’s passions – today, nearly half of WebDAM’s rapidly growing team are women. Jody also recently launched Women of WebDAM (WoW), a group aimed at encouraging gender equality across all roles at WebDAM.
As an engineer at heart, Jody was able to break new grounds founding the first digital asset management platform in the cloud. Earlier in her career, she was a data scientist in bioinformatics. These skills paired with a strong computer engineering background were a great foundation to creating a cutting-edge company.
Being able to build and grow a company to a successful acquisition is a huge feat and WebDAM was able to accomplish this with Jody playing a huge role on the leadership team. Earlier this year the Silicon Valley Business Journal also named her one of Silicon Valley’s most influential women.
Join us for this event to hear Jody share her experiences and advice for future leaders. This week’s event will be held at ECO-SYSTM, in San Francisco, the birthplace of many innovative ideas in regards to blossoming businesses and technology. It’s a perfect setting to foster the creative minds of entrepreneurs. You can register for the event here.
